Description
Gary Fisher / Trek full carbon, hardtail mountain bike for sale.
This bike is literally and figuratively “SuperFly”.
Large frame (19.5″) (see sizing info @ bottom of page)
SRAM X9 1×10 crankset w/ 30t RaceFace chainring.
SRAM X9 rear derailleur.
Shimano XT brakeset.
Bontrager RaceLite 90mm stem + Easton carbon fiber handlebar.
(just added new Bontrager lock on grips as well)
New Bontrager tires.
New Raleigh XC saddle w/ Bontrager carbon seat post.
This is not the stock / factory build of this bike… it is totally custom. The original bike was light… but I wanted it even lighter! With upgrades the bike cost about $4,200 as currently built.
If you prefer to have a 2x set up instead of 1x, I have all the parts needed for converting it back… but you’ll never need that extra weight / gears here in TX… (just like you’ll never need a rear shock).
Frame and components have normal wear / scuffs from typical riding… and there is some random flaking of the clear coat… but purely cosmetic.
Gary Fisher literally invented the mountain bike–and has pushed the envelope and redefined what a mountain can be ever since. The very first 29er mountain bike was designed and sold by Gary Fisher. As was this bike–the very first CARBON 29er.

sizing info from Trek / Gary Fisher website:
* If you do the above math, for a 19.5″ frame, you’d need to be like 5’9 / 5’10” tall to 6’2 / 6’3″ tall for this particular bike.
